Aeration, pressure measurement and degassing operation of the accumulator

 inflatable
 
1. Place the accumulator vertically, and screw down the protective nut above the accumulator and the protective nut of the charging valve;
 
2. Turn the handle of the air charging tool to the left until the top bar is level with the shoulder;
 
3. Screw the adapter nut (M14*1.5) of the filling valve with the filling valve;

4. Screw down the hose interface (g5/8 ") and the nitrogen bottle interface;
 
5. Open the air valve, open the nitrogen bottle, and the air in the hose is discharged from the air release valve;
 
6. Screw down the air release valve, turn the air charging tool handle to the right, open the air charging valve of the accumulator, inflate the air to the accumulator, and observe the indicating value of the pressure gauge;
 
7. Inflate to the required pressure value, turn the pneumatic tool handle to the left until the accumulator's filling valve is closed, close the nitrogen bottle, open the air valve, discharge the nitrogen in the hose, and unscrew the inflation tool from the filling valve.
 
8. Turn up the protective nut of the charging valve and the protective nut of the accumulator.

5. Turn the right inflating tool handle to open the accumulator filling valve and observe the indicator value of the pressure gauge. This value is the inflating pressure value of the accumulator.
 
6. Turn the gas-filling tool handle to the left until the accumulator's filling valve is closed, open the air valve and unscrew the gas-filling tool from the filling valve.

1. Place the accumulator vertically, and screw down the protective nut above the accumulator and the protective nut of the charging valve;
 
2. Turn the handle of the air charging tool to the left until the top bar is level with the shoulder;
 
3. Screw the adapter nut (M14*1.5) of the filling valve with the filling valve;
 
4. Tighten the air release valve;
 
5. Turn the right inflating tool handle to open the accumulator filling valve and observe the indicator value of the pressure gauge. This value is the inflating pressure value of the accumulator.
 
6. Open the air valve, release the energy accumulator, observe the pressure gauge indicating value, and when it reaches the required value, turn the air filling tool handle to the left until the energy storage valve closes, open the air valve and unscrew the air filling tool from the air filling valve.
